Goldenrod is so beautiful when it pops up on our farm every year AND it has so many medicinal benefits. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and diuretic properties. It is wonderful to use for seasonal allergy relief for runny nose, itchy/watery eyes and congestion. It is also great for urinary and kidney support. Its anti-inflammatory properties help with arthritic pain and swelling.
This was harvested on our farm (we do not use any pesticides)!
